Viewing
Tips:
Once the viewing window appears, the Help option offers a
tutorial on viewing presentations. Brainshark's Help option
offers a tutorial on viewing Brainshark presentations. The
audio portion of the presentation is best controlled by your
computer's volume controls. You may choose an appropriate
bandwidth connection and player by choosing the Settings option
in the upper right corner of the viewing window.
In order
to view different presentations sequentially during the same
online session, you must completely exit the presentation
you have just viewed. To do this, select the Logout tab in
the Brainshark window and close all viewing windows before
attempting to view subsequent presentations. You cannot have
multiple presentations open simultaneously. Trouble
Shooting:
If you have problems viewing the presentation, you can obtain
assistance by choosing the vendor's Help option in the viewing
window (from there, you may contact the vendor for viewing
support).
