HIPAA:

• Enforcement of HIPAA's Privacy Rule by HHS, DOJ, and the Courts (2008) (For Program Insureds; Login Required)
  The Privacy Rule has been enforceable since April 2003. This presentation reviews HHS’ civil enforcement activities, criminal enforcement by the Department of Justice, and Privacy Rule cases decided by the courts. 27 min.
